Investing in the heritage of a listed building
The challenge
With several successful projects completed together since 2008, Orbis Investments appointed TTSP to create a fulfilling work environment for its new central London headquarters.
The approach
The design needed to provide long-term flexibility for Orbis to accommodate change in the future, balanced with an understanding of the architectural confines that a listed building can present.
With its 50 years’ experience, TTSP understood and embraced the architectural sensitivities required when working with listed buildings.
The result
A classic face in the square. A warm and inviting entrance. Then inside, a modern and contemporary space of open-plan and cellular offices for 120 people across five floors, plus a communal floor for social and relaxation purposes.
