From industrial warehouse to high-quality facility

The challenge

TTSP was appointed by Pure Data Centres as architect for Phase 1 of their new Midlands data centre - a significant & complex refurbishment of an existing industrial warehouse.

Our approach

Using our extensive experience, TTSP contributed to the multi-disciplinary project team to ensure smooth project delivery. Early feasibility studies evaluated engineering solutions and locations for M&E infrastructure including the ability to deliver modularised plant solutions and accommodate plant replacement strategies, flexibility and phased delivery.

Our client’s focus on the office area design was also a refreshing opportunity rarely found on technology projects allowing us to demonstrate our ethos of creating inspiring
workplaces that enables business to thrive.

The result

The Garrison Data Centre is now a highspec, high-performance space, including a new mezzanine, roof, cladding and the installation of the first 1,000m² enabled hall.

The project was delivered with TTSP novated to the contractor and also retained as client monitor.
