In the summer of 2016, TTSP completed a major refurbishment for Aviva plc at its City HQ, St Helen's Tower. The 5,600m² project represents a significant upgrade to this iconic 1960's building and is a major piece in Aviva's cultural and spatial improvement programme for the business.

Since 2013, Aviva plc has been delivering a significant agenda of business transformation, embracing the organisation's culture, customer focus and digital strategy. The re-imagining of the public face of the Aviva Tower, as a physical embodiment of these goals, has been a two year challenge, undertaken by a multi-disciplinary professional and construction team, with the enhanced quality of the interior also embracing its urban context through its transparency.

Key features include; recladding of double height ground and mezzanine floors, feature stair connecting the voluminous ground floor entrance to new amenities, basement level beneath with 300 seat auditorium, significant AV installations, meeting suits and gymnasium. The approach to display screen technology is hugely ambitious - new super-sized lobby screens enable 24/7 broadcast to the public spaces around the building, creating a truly impressive auditorium visual experience.
