Late in 2013, TTSP won a design competition for the regeneration of this iconic City office tower; the key drivers for which are the business needs and brand focus of Aviva plc and the enhancement of the building in its urban context.

Project scope including the “reimagining” of ground floor public space, its connectivity with visitor and staff experience and the potential within the extensive B2 level subterranean space, hitherto unlocked. The double storey height facade to the ground floor entrance, mezzanine and communal space is to be reclad; the B2 level will include a 300 seat auditorium, client conference suite and gymnasium.
