Creation of a new reception and refurbishment of office accommodation for the Landlord of a contemporary commercial development located in Mayfair, London.

Bespoke British traditional tailoring, the location of The Beatles final live performance and timeless contemporary architecture defined the context for the creation and development of the new reception to the commercial offices in keeping with this desirable location.

Working closely with our client the concept design fused together ideas from the craft of tailoring with a delightful palette of new finishes; olive ash veneer; Danish upholstery and tinted cement panelling to complement the existing limestone and bronze detailing of the existing architecture. The concealed lighting highlights the detail of the olive ash pleats and creates a relaxed rhythm of illumination that complements and enhances the overall tone of the space.

The re-planning of the reception entrance door created clear zones within the space for the limestone reception desk and a generous open lounge that provides a calm and relaxing welcome away from the bustle of the street outside.

The new reception, full refurbishment of the office accommodation and provision of new high quality changing & showering facilities has delivered an environment that appeals to both tenants and their clients whilst achieving the financial equation for our client
